The implementation of the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers at the Slovak Academy of Sciences continues in line with the Revised Action Plan for 2025–2028. As part of the implementation of the Action Plan, three additional SAS institutes have successfully joined the HRS4R strategy: the Institute of Measurement Science, SAS, v. v. i., the Institute of Zoology, SAS, v. v. i., and the Institute of Molecular Biology, SAS, v. v. i.
The extension of the HRS4R strategy to additional institutes represents an important milestone in achieving the objectives of the Revised Action Plan. Its aim is to progressively expand the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers across as many institutes of the Slovak Academy of Sciences as possible.
With the inclusion of these three institutes, a total of 37 SAS institutes and centres are now actively involved in the implementation of the HRS4R strategy.
