On November 28, 2023, a meeting was held with employees of the Faculty of Science of Masaryk University – PhDr. Barbora Wahlová and Mgr. etc. Mgr. Zuzana Hrabovská (both HR Award department). Since the MU Faculty of Science received the HR Award quality mark on December 3, 2018, they are currently in the preparatory phase for submitting the Award Renewal report as regards the project schedule.
The key topic of the meeting was the exchange of good practice between award holders. The importance of the position of human resources in research and the state of implementation of the HR Excellence in research action plan at both workplaces were also discussed. An important topic of the conversation was own experience in the implementation of the Action Plan, and the importance of implementing the OTM-r procedure in the recruitment of researchers was highlighted.
