This week, the Training Program for Institute Directors continued with Module II: The Director’s Role and Management in the Organization II..
The training participants focused on the techniques of effective feedback, which is crucial for team dynamics and creating a positive work environment. They became familiar with the methodology of working with feedback and learned how to constructively evaluate the performance of colleagues. During the practical part of the training, with the use of video simulations, the participants practiced various scenarios in order to be prepared for real situations in working life.
